Well, I've been compiling a list of the best games for your coffeebreaks. When you just want to sit back and relax with a few buds over the local office network (could be more fun if you brought the network admin in on this )
UFO: AI

I've played it quite often and beaten it, I rarely go back for seconds, but this game is pretty good. I've had only slight issues with the textures not quite becoming clear enough for me. And the map City+ seems to still be giving me grief. Otehr than that, the AI is revamped and hard as hell at times, after missions in the beginning, your troops may not make it home because a UFO could easily shoot them down. Stealing other technology, developing lasers. This game has everything that you could want from an XCOM remake (my perspective)

I'll keep adding to the list as soon as I can.

"It is the year 2084. You control a secret organisation charged with defending Earth from a brutal alien enemy. Build up your bases, prepare your team, and dive head-first into the fast and flowing turn-based combat.
UFO: Alien Invasion is a squad-based tactical strategy game in the tradition of the old X-COM PC games, but with a twist. Our game combines military realism with hard science-fiction and the weirdness of an alien invasion. The carefully constructed turn-based system gives you pin-point control of your squad while maintaining a sense of pace and danger."
