Remothered (Preview)

Horror junkies are sure to remember the unforgettable classic, Clock Tower. It was a point-n-click survival horror where you had to find out what was going on in a mansion while avoiding the evil Scissorman. All you could do was run and hide. It was critically acclaimed for it's unique take on horror, as well as a multitude of other things. In any case, some may say the series has been 'diluted, or 'has lost its touch', by it's future sequels and spin-offs. However, there is something to be known:

It's coming back.

'Remothered' is a remake of the original Clock Tower. However, it will not be the same. To add to it's horror and plot, it will also be fueled by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, who is known for his take on supernatural horror (In my opinion, it sounds like it's gonna be SWEET). Not much else is known, except it is set to release sometime in 2011-2012. I will update this thread as soon as I get more information.

More stuff info has been dug up on Remothered, the remake of Clock Tower: The First Fear. Apparently, Jessica now has some link to the supernatural, causing her to experience paranormal activity at certain moments in the game. Here is a quick video of what I mean. Please note that this game is still incomplete, so the following graphics shown are not the final results, and are subject to change in the long run.

Any links Eclipse? I went on Google and found a Clock Tower Remake game for RPG Maker XP... And a few others, so this could be confusing for anyone not familiar with the series.

Another stalker besides scissor man, apparently. Not 100% sure, though. The maid is always a suspicious character in these kinds of situations. However, I hope it doesn't do the whole 'gang up on you' thing. Enter a room to escape Scissor Man only to come face to face with the killer maid. That'd be a bit of crap right there, running from two enemies at once. What is your take o the game so far, guys?
