Alright, well I'm sure you're all wondering "What the hell is Th3_B@ckd00r rambling on about now?" Well, as the forum administrator, I get the lovely job of being able to call up contests whenever I damn well please for the stupidest reasons.
This, unfortunately is NOT one of those contests (In the future perhaps)
Well, I have been thinking of a way to boost the member-base here in Teknikally Insane forums, and I thought of a lovely way of doing it. I am combining 2 contests into 1 which will allow 2 (That's right count'em, 2!) glorious victors for this contest.
Contest #1
Get as many intelligent people on as members and have them post actively. They MUST meet the age requirementand maturity level
Contest #2
Build the forums an advertisement with the constraints of a 728x90 pixel Banner. And also must include the name of the forum, the slogan and it must be creative and stylish. Nicely animated GIFs or smooth .PNGs are a sure thing to attract my attention.
The winners of this contest shall be able to make 1 lead character (or villain) for our upcoming game. The Bio, the artwork, portrait, how they die, whatever they feel like putting in for their 1 character. The character will be one of the main characters and play a big role in the storyline.
As well as... putting credit to the developer for the creation of the advertisement.
Let me make a note of this: Any and ALL advertisements that meet the requirements shall be used for advertising, so even if you don't win, I will show off your awesome hard work anyways.

The contest drawing will be held On July 20th so make sure that you enter soon!
